Target Goals AccountibilityMy Lifebook friends have encouraged me to set and meet 5 personal and professional goals within the next 8 weeks. They are not only encouraging me, they are also keeping me accountable. Over the next 8 weeks, I have to track my progress on each of my 5 goals and report my progress to the team.

To make it more interesting, we’ve turned this goal setting exercise into a game. Each action we take towards our goals earns us points, which means the person with the most points at the end of the 8 weeks wins the grand prize (which is still to be determined).

Here Are My 5 Goals:

1. Lose 10 Pounds in the Next 8 Weeks
Habit #1: Exercise 30 minutes a day 5x/week
Habit #2: Eat healthy meals and snacks every day

2. Complete Lifebook’s VIP Boot Camp
Habit #1: Be on the boot camp calls every week
Habit #2: Complete weekly boot camp exercises

3. Self Publish My First Social Media/Blogger Outreach eBook
Habit: Work on my book for at least 1 hour every day

4. Build a Sponsorship Program for My Client’s Personal Development Book Tour
Habit: Work on sponsorship program for 1 hour everyday.

5. Launch My 2013 Year of Personal Development Blog Campaign
Habit: Work on campaign everyday for 1 hour a day

I’m so excited to be working on these 5 goals. There’s a sign of relief rushing over me by knowing how I am going to be prioritizing my days for the next 8 weeks.
