Gaiam TV Yoga Videos For the past 3 months, I’ve been exercising 3 to 5 days a week. I have mostly been walking on the treadmill, walking outside, or doing P90X. Although I like all three of these options, I sometimes get bored of them.

So I was excited when Gaiam invited me to review Gaiam TV, which streamlines fitness, yoga, and inspirational programs 24/7 directly to my computer and mobile devices. It’s a subscription service, like Netflix, for health, wellness, yoga, personal development, and fitness enthusiasts.  You can access workouts form top fitness instructors like Rodney Yee, Seane Corn, Jillian Michaels, Mari Winsor and Kathryn Budig.

Gaiam TV Yoga Videos 30 Ways Gaiam TV is very user-friendly. One of the best parts was how easy it was for me to customize my workouts. I was able to filter the workouts based on  my fitness level, the type of exercise I wanted to do, the instructor and the amount of time I wanted to workout.  I think my favorite function was the ability for me to create a playlist of my favorite worouts.
