Before almost every meeting I have with my Inspiring Social Media clients, I meditate for 5-10 minutes to get truly present, centered and focused. To keep my meditation practice fresh, I often search for new guided meditations on YouTube.

Today I found this simple meditation for mental clarity, focus and concentration – which is exactly what I needed this morning.

According to the Aquarian Yoga YouTube Channel, “this simple piece of yogic wisdom comes from the teaching of Yogi Bhajan, Kundalini Yoga Master. This is helpful to persons with difficulty focusing, concentrating and keeping steady on a thought process”. It also states that this meditation is a natural and holistic complement to traditional medical and therapeutic care for children with ADD, ADHD, or any other attention disorder.
