First, I want to say how touched I was by all the support I received on my Transforming My Relationship with Food blog post. I know a lot of people want to start eating better and exercising more in 2015… but I haven’t found a lot of bloggers writing about the root cause. (why so many people are overeating).

Yes, I want to lose weight and be fit… but I also want to heal whatever it is that needs healing… so this cycle of losing and gaining and losing and gaining finally stops once and for all.

To me, it’s not about being skinny. It’s about being healthy and feeling good in my skin.

As I begin my transformational journey, I know I’ll be picking up new tools and rituals along the way… for eating, for exercising, and for shifting my beliefs and behaviors around food.

As a blogger for Best Buy, I was recently introduced to Jabra – Sport Pulse Wireless Earbud Headphones. I’ve never seen anything like these. They combine…

  • An in-ear biometric heart rate monitor
  • Immersive Dolby Digital sound
  • A built-in intelligent app – Jabra Sport Life, and
  • Real-time voice coaching

Cool, right?Jabra – Sport Pulse Wireless Earbud HeadphonesWith a built-in intelligent app, Jabra Sport Life, exercisers will get the most out of their Sport Pulse Wireless earbuds, helping them plan, track and evaluate each workout. According to my friends at Best Buy, it has never been so easy to test fitness levels and aerobic capacity, adjust heart rate zone levels to optimize training, and set goals based on distance, time or calories burned.

These headphones are perfect for someone like me… someone who has been out of the training circuit for far too long.

Still Evolving

  • I’ve been hearing nothing but great things for wireless earbuds. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve nearly yanked my ear off because one of my hands got tangled with the wires. And built in coaching? what’s not to love 🙂
