Thanks for the push. I am making a commitment to start saving money by brewing my own coffee at home. This is a hard one for me. I love my lattes. Thanks Stacey.

  • Rose

I am committed to not eating fast food for the month of May. Yikes.

Sign me up! I have been struggling to change my bad habit of spending most of my evenings online in front of my computer. Truth be told…I need some accountabilty.

I am going to start walking 10 minutes a day. On day 22, I will start walking 20 minutes a day.

  • Jennifer

I am feeling stagnant. I am a routine-oriented person, and I am starting to drive myself crazy. My goal is to break out of this rut and do one new thing every day, or do something that I always do, but in a different way.

I have no balance in my life, not in my parenting, work, or personal health. I like to begin by sticking to a healthy diet and excersis program.

Stacey, It’s me – Rosemary from the SARK training. I am jumping in with both feet to your website and this commitment. The change I intend to create is making creativity a natural and organic part of my day and my life. My commitment is to do at least one creative thing each and every day! It could be writing in my journal, doing some expressive art, brainstorming on a creative project, take an “artist’s date”, sewing, etc. Rosemary

  • As a SAHM of two young sons, I have so many things I would love to balance…which includes family time, personal time, excercise/health, relaxation and work/online time. Any guidance in this is greatly appreciated. 🙂

  • @All – Thank you all for sharing your commitments on CreateaBalance.com. Yeah!!!

Stacey, I am finally back in Oklahoma and am able to get onto your site. Wow, oh, wow! Your genius is showing. What an excellent site for trying to hack out that middle path. Such interesting topics; I am looking forward to reading all your blogs new and old. Your site is so chock full of stuff that peeks my interest and also sounds so helpful. Are you burning that purple candle into the night coming up with this stuff? One could explore this site for a long time……………love it. Keep feeding the Universe with your calm and peaceful energy. There are millions of us that need it.

  • @Quotable Judy ~ I just might need to quote you when I start of list of testimonials. Thank you for the bright and motivational comment. I’d love to hear any recommendations you may have on topics you would find particularly interesting and useful. Have you reunited w/ the characters in your book yet? I can’t wait to celebrate once it is published and shared with the world. ~Salubrious Stacey

  • This is really good for people who wants to make a change… 🙂

  • It’s good to create a balance in your life. We might get distracted with too much work and forget to rest and relax with our family and loved ones.

  • Thanks for your article, Now there is more reason to comment than ever before! This is a great fit for our project!

  • Life is a balance of many things. People have to deal with a lot of things from our personal life to our professional career. In order to keep everything we do organized, we have to maintain some control in each aspect of our life…and it is only through creating a balance and getting focused are we able to handle each circumstance properly.

  • Great idea! I coach people one-to-one and by phone, and the concept of a sytematised approach has been a personal search for me. This may well be a good step on the road towards self-empowerment for many people – without the need to spend time with a life coach….

I have been struggling through multiple challenges recently. I need to start working full time and commit to making a persistant amount of money, but can’t apply myself to do it. Whenever i’m working i freak out and get manically depressed.

  • I have strive hard to get more people believe in their own skills. I feel happy once I helped people change although it’s a profession but it’s not all about money. Seeing others change for their dreams is very pleasant. Life coaching is already a part of me.

I am making a commitment to wake up at 8:30 the latest in the next 21 days. This will be extremely hard for me as my sleeping pattern is very disorganized and I’m not working at the moment, but it’s very frustrating to wake up when the half of my day is already gone.

  • Aw, this was an exceptionally good post. Taking a few minutes and actual effort
to create a good article… but what can I say…
I procrastinate a whole lot and don’t manage to get anything done.

  • Howdy! This is my 1st comment here so I just wanted to give a quick shout out and say I genuinely
enjoy reading your blog posts. Can you suggest any other blogs/websites/forums
that go over the same topics? Thanks for your time!
